We worked with Jen on a full website redesign for our construction company (Swank Construction Ltd.) over the past year, and can’t recommend her highly enough. Before beginning the redesign, we initially worked with Jen in a website maintenance capacity after the company who created our old sites closed their doors. The old websites couldn’t be managed by us internally and were extremely finicky and prone to issues. Jen and her team spent a considerable amount of time helping us troubleshoot problems on a platform that was difficult to work with, and that experience ultimately prompted us to move forward with a full rebuild. Our project happened in two phases - first the complete redesign of our company website. After completion we then started creating a dedicated page for our Dutch Meadows subdivision. There was a lot of back and forth on whether that subdivision page should live within our main site or be built as a standalone site as it previously was. Jen was incredibly patient throughout. She provided several options and helped us clearly weigh the pros and cons from both a website management perspective and a customer experience standpoint. Throughout both builds, Jen was incredibly patient and flexible with us. I know these projects could have been completed in far less than a year on Jen’s watch, but she had no problem working around what was realistic on our end. At times we needed to pause during our busy seasons or push back content deadlines, and Jen always took these shifts in stride. Even when other responsibilities meant website content had to wait, she never made us feel rushed or behind - she simply adjusted and accommodated whenever we needed it. We’re thrilled with the final result. Our main goal was to have a website we could manage, update, and grow internally. Jen delivered exactly that. Our new website's platform feels intuitive and user-friendly, and it’s such a relief to finally have full control over our content. She was super easy to communicate with, honest and transparent, and made the whole process very stress free for me.
